There are two versions of this module, a simple version and this extended version. Each Module instance can accept parameters such as target email addresses, so multiple contact forms in their respective channels can be targeted to different Email addresses. Content Editors and administrators can add Custom User controls to any page within their channel, in fact to a designated part of the page if they wish.
